Reporting an issue
Something not working as expected? Tell us. This article is for bugs and broken features — for abuse from an @inboxy.net alias use Reporting abuse, and for security vulnerabilities use Reporting a vulnerability (they get tighter SLAs).
How to report
The fastest path is the issue report form — it captures the details we need and returns a reference ID.
Or email support@inboxy.net with:
- A short title for what went wrong.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- When (approximate time + timezone is fine).
- If you have an inboxy account, the email address you signed up with.
What we do with it
Issues land in the admin tickets queue alongside abuse and security reports. We triage as quickly as we can; you'll get an email each time we change the status or send a response — provided you gave us a reply address. If you reported anonymously, the report is still queued, but we can't tell you when it's resolved.
If your issue involves an outage that affects more than just you, check the status page first — we post incidents and scheduled maintenance there.
